Terms of Service

This is a working draft. Final terms will be reviewed by Indian counsel before production use. By using HDGEbot or HDGEcalls today you agree to these draft terms as a good-faith baseline.
1. The services
HDGELabs provides two software-as-a-service products: HDGEbot (an AI chatbot for customer support) and HDGEcalls (an Android app + dashboard that syncs your team's native call recordings). Either may be used independently.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your organisation. Keep credentials confidential. One sub-account per team member; sharing logins is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes, including breach of telecom or call-recording laws applicable to you.
- Upload content you do not have rights to.
- Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the services beyond what's permitted by law.
- Re-sell HDGELabs services as your own without a written reseller agreement.
4. Call recording — your responsibility
HDGEcalls does not record calls itself. It syncs recordings produced by your phone's native dialer. You are responsible for obtaining consent from call participants where required by local law (in India: per Telegraph Act, IT Act, and applicable state rules; in many jurisdictions outside India: explicit two-party consent).
5. Fees and billing
Plans are billed in INR via Polar.sh. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Refunds within 7 days of first payment for paid plans, pro-rated otherwise.
6. Data ownership
Your data is yours. HDGELabs holds it on your behalf to deliver the services. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve product quality. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
7. Warranties and limits
Services are provided "as is". HDGELabs's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason on 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
